  • All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
  • No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless expressly stated.

FDACS Charitable Solicitation Disclosure

MACC is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) to solicit charitable contributions in Florida. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free within the state. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.

Donation Terms

  • All donations are non-refundable.
  • Unless designated, donations may be used where most needed to support MACC’s mission.
  • Recurring donors may cancel future donations at any time through the payment processor or by contacting MACC.
  • If a program becomes fully funded, contributions may be redirected to urgent needs or similar programming.

Online Payment Security

MACC uses secure, trusted third-party payment processors to protect your information. We do not:

  • Store bank account details
  • Process direct ACH transfers
  • Retain full credit card numbers
